Sisters of Charity Award

The Pastoral Care team at St Joseph's Village Auburn received the Sisters of Charity Health Service National Award for Commitment to Mission. Sister Judith Lythall sm has been actively involved from the beginning with the team in developing a Comprehensive Dementia and Aged Care Program. Prior to her election as Sector Leader, Sr Grace Ellul sm was for a year also involved in this ministry with Judith. Other members of the Project Team are Ms Kate Hewett (Director of Mission) Sr Margaret O'Sullivan rsj and Sr Carmel Muir rsm (Pastoral Care Manager).
