The Sydney Development Fund is a financial agency of the archdiocese of Sydney. The CDF uses funds deposited with it to finance the various capital works of the Church. We provide low cost loans for the building of Churches, Schools, Aged Care Facilities and to Religious Orders to further their apostolic works. CDF is able to provide a substantial contribution to the charitable works of the Archdiocese, the purpose for which we were primarily established.
