Profile of Agnes Sivaram
I was born in Malaysia, the youngest of 4 daughters, a third generation Indian Catholic.
My mother was excommunicated for marrying a Hindu but her faith was steadfast. We were all baptised and educated in Convent schools, said the Rosary every night and never missed Mass on Sunday.
My journey with God through Mary started with the Novena, when I was 12 years old and my mother was diagnosed with Breast Cancer, (my father had died when I was a year old). Since my mother’s death, Mary has been my mother and confidante and she has never let me down.
 I started nursing at age 17, and had a career that spanned 40 years. I’ve worked and studied in 3 different countries continents and in every Clinical Speciality, Education, Administration and Research position in nursing.
