Dear Marists,
Greetings to you all as we move into the celebrations of World Youth Day.
Thank you to those who have offered themselves as volunteers for the St Patrick’s site, to welcome, guide, pray with and talk to the young pilgrims who will be visiting us.
Being Marist is a way of being present – present to others and being aware of what is going on. Our Marist spirit is always about relationships and about fostering the best relationships possible. In this, we take our cue from Mary. Let’s all pray that these pilgrims will experience something very special during this sacred time, that they will “taste God”, in the words of Fr Colin, and be transformed. –
