The visit of the Blessed Virgin Mary - May 31Purpose Mary was a woman for others. This is seen by her leaving everything and rushing to Elizabeth. Mary was able to respond because of her openness and awareness of Elizabeth's need. We celebrate her expression of her call from God in service to others, and this feast calls us to do the same. |
