A simple breathing exercise
Introduction: Get into a comfortable position. Do not cross your legs or arms. Close your eyes. Wind moves all around you. Wind which slides across the sky. Wind that moves around your own body. Air that gives life. Air which moves inside of you. In and out. In and out.
Repeat: Breath in the good (slowly) Breath out the bad (slowly)
(After a few minutes, become silent)
Conclusion: In your own time. Come back to the space where you are.
Lasting thoughts : During the day, repeat these steps, for a few minutes, to tune to a relaxing soul, to calm the mind in a busy world, Jesus went out into the desert, not to hold onto more, but to let go.
