Tony Clark is a Marist Brother hailing from the River Inn of New South Wales. He has dedicated several years of his life to serving others, including his recent work in South Africa and a long tenure in Timor-Leste. Tony's extensive experience also includes significant contributions to the Marist Brothers in Melbourne and Perth. Currently settling in Victoria, he has taken on a pastoral role within the Marist community and works part-time for the Diocese of Sale, assisting in the development of their pastoral mission. With 44 years as a brother, Tony actively participates in the Melbourne Association group. His journey with the Marists began during his boarding school years, where the influence of the brothers instilled great confidence in him and shaped his spiritual path. For Tony, being Marist is synonymous with embracing a path of discipleship in the manner of Mary. He finds inspiration in Mary's multidimensional character, which encompasses gentleness, openness, revolution, and compassion. Guided by this influence, Tony endeavors to nurture his spirituality and live out his faith. Joining the Marist Association was a momentous decision for him, as it represents the union of brothers and laity in sharing their spirituality, life, and mission—a significant embodiment of the Church. Tony's passion lies in witnessing the growth and development of individuals and communities, helping them realize their potential amidst adversity. He is devoted to fulfilling God's calling and creating an environment where people can thrive and live out their purpose.
