HAIL MARY! We greet you with the Angel: full of grace. The Lord is with you.
We greet you with Elizabeth: You are blessed among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb; you are blessed, because you believed in the divine promises!
We greet you with the words of the Gospel: Blessed are you, because you have heard the word of God and have carried it out.
You are full of grace! We praise you, especially beloved Daughter of the Father.
We bless you, Mother of the divine Word.
We venerate you, Dwelling of the Holy Spirit.
We call on you, Mother and Model of the whole Church.
We contemplate you, perfect image of the hopes of all humanity. The Lord is with you!
You are the Virgin of the Annunciation, the Yes of all humanity to the mystery of salvation.
You are the Daughter of Zion and the Ark of the new Covenant in the mystery of the visitation.
You are the Mother of Jesus, born of Bethlehem, and you showed Him to the simple shepherds and to the wise
You are the Mother who offers her Son in the temple, accompanies Him to Egypt, leads him to Nazareth.
Virgin of the paths of Jesus, of the hidden life and of the miracle of Cana.
Sorrowful Mother of Calvary and glorious Virgin of the Resurrection.
You are the Mother of the disciples of Jesus in the expectation and in thejoy of Pentecost.
Blessed . . . because you believed in the Word of the Lord, because you hoped in His promises, because you were perfect in love, because of your attentive charity toward Elizabeth, because of your motherly goodness at Bethlehem, because of your fortitude in persecution, because of your perseverance in seeking Jesus in the temple, because of your simple life at Nazareth, because of your maternal presence beside the Cross, because of your fidelity in awaiting the Resurrection, because of your assiduous prayer at Pentecost.
You are blessed because of your glory in the Assumption into heaven, because of your motherly protection of the Church,
because of your constant intercession for all of humanity.
Holy Mary, Mother of God!
We want to consecrate ourselves to you.
Because you are the Mother of God and our Mother.
Because your Son Jesus has entrusted us to you.
The bishops, who imitate the Good Shepherd by watching over the people that has been entrusted to them. The priests, who have been anointed by the Spirit.
The men and women religious, who offer their lives for the Kingdom of Christ.
The seminarians, who have accepted the call of the Lord.
The Christian spouses in the unity and indissolubility of their love and their families.
The laity involved in the apostolate. The young people who yearn for a new society.
The children who deserve a world that is more human and peaceful.
The sick, the poor, the imprisoned, the persecuted, the orphans, those without hope, and the dying.
Pray for us sinners!
Mother of the Church, we take refuge under your protection and entrust ourselves to your inspiration.
Now and at the hour of our death. Virgin of the Rosary, our Mother! pray for us now.
Grant us the inestimable gift of peace,
to pardon all the hatreds and rancors, the reconciliation of all the brethren. May violence and guerrilla warfare cease.
May dialogue make progress and consolidate itself,
and may a peaceful social life begin. We ask this of you, whom we invoke as Queen of Peace.
Now and at the hour of our death! We entrust to you all the victims of injustice and of violence, all who have died in natural catastrophies,
all those who tum to you as Mother and Patroness in the hour of death. Be for us all, O Gate of Heaven, life, sweetness and hope, so that together we may, with you, glorify the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. Amen!
