Welcome to the retreat in daily life. It is a very simple and natural process, which invites you to live your normal life, but in addition to put aside half an hour or so for prayer each day at a time and in a place you find helpful.
In addition, you are encouraged to talk about what happens in your prayer with a guide or mentor twice a week.
At the end, you will have the opportunity to reflect together on the process and what it has meant for you.
