Prayer of Springs Return

Dear God,
We celebrate the dawning of spring.
As the sun rises on a new day,
and as the rain of winter is blown away,
may we awaken to the new life
deep from within.
May the radiance of the Son
echo in our hearts as
we plant seeds in our lives
that sing of a new story
of the Earth.
As the birds build their nests
and the bees find new nectar.
May we too sow
a new tapestry in our lives.
May the Spirit that made creation
channel the rays of springs return.
